SAFETY TRAINING & ACCREDITATION

NRM strives to achieve zero accidents or incidents in the workshop or on a job site, therefore ensuring no harm to people or the environment.

Employee safety is of paramount importance so all staff undertake a stringent induction process and are highly trained in the use of personal protective equipment, working in confined spaces, and handling refueling equipment. Staff and subcontractors undergo regular drug and alcohol tests, as well as random safety audits that ensure total compliance with safety requirements.

There is a constant focus on safety, with daily toolbox talks and safety meetings, regular equipment inspections, and audits by external assessors when appropriate.

NRM have been recognised and awarded at state and national levels as a leading company in the industry for safe practices and quality work.
